Who is this programme for?

This programme is not about the level you are at in you're role. It's about exploring more deeply the immense value that L&D can provide. So whether you are new, experienced or a learning leader, this programme will give you that essential edge.

The programme is just the ticket for new L&D professionals. It will provide you with a clear roadmap that ensures you elevate your commercial creativity and relationships to secure your influence.

3. You may even be an external L&D consultant and want to explore how to deepen you relationships with your clients (and potential clients).

This programme is designed to encourage you to get outside your usual thinking and explore expansively the immense potential of the role to deliver huge commercial value AND it provides you with specific tools that will provide rigour to your work.

What time commitment is involved?

There are 7 videos to watch in total each between 5 and 10 minutes and you have a playbook that goes alongside it so we recommend giving yourself an hour for each lesson and completing one lesson per week. This gives you depth of understanding and the ability to put what you're learning into action immediately - the action (and seeing the results) is what will build your confidence.

In addition, each month, for 6 months on a Thursday at 4 pm (GMT) we hold a live group coaching call for everyone going through our L&D programmes. This is not compulsory but it is a great place to explore ideas and challenges with others and to network with like-minded professionals.

There is no time limit to the programme but we urge you to programme in dedicated learning time to ensure you gain maximum value.

What's the 90 day action plan?

We're big on accountability here at Inspire Your Genius. It is when everyone is prepared (and supported) to take personal responsibility that great things happen in an organisation. 

Your 90 day action plan is designed to provide focus and impetus to make a BIG difference in your role. It will help you sort your priorities and big rigour in your work. It will support you to maximise your resourcefulness and scrap those habits that aren't moving you forward. In short it is about putting into action what you've learnt so you can be the best version of yourself in your role and elevate your impact.

You have lifetime access!  All of the Quick Start programme content is downloadable, meaning you can save the lessons onto your computer, so you will always have access to it. Whenever, wherever.
